Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets once a month.
Bilsthorpe Parish Council meetings are held at 6:30pm, on the second Monday of the month at Burton Court, Bilsthorpe.
The notice of meetings and the meeting dates can be found in our main Parish Council notice board outside of the old Village Hall on Cross Steet. An agenda with the business to be transacted will be available below no later than 3 clear days* before the meeting.
The Parish Council is committed to community engagement and therefore warmly invites members of the public to contribute during the open forum part of the meeting which is the section marked as “questions from the public”. Members of the public should note that the Council may only make decisions on items that are published on the agenda. Items raised and not on the agenda may be carried forward for a response or discussion at a later date
The 24/25 schedule is as follows:
2025 - April 14th, May 12th (APM)
It may be required for the Council to hold additional meetings which are not listed within this schedule. Members of the public will always be given the required statutory notice of a meeting to be held, with agendas available no later than 3 clear days* before the date of the meeting.
If you have any questions for the Council, please email or call the Clerk: [email protected], 07856 680740 by 9am on the day of the meeting.
